My Story
Hello, my name is Meg. I am an attentive wellness guide with a passion for dissolving unhealthy relationship dynamics, not only with others but also within oneself.
During my 30 years working as a physical therapist emphasizing trauma informed care, I became skilled at teaching body-mind concepts to a wide variety of people, in an approachable and digestible manner. Fueled by the desire to help myself and my clients move forward from childhood traumatic events, I integrated physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual practices to minimize pain and maximize function.
After being referred to as a “pain specialist” one too many times, Meg decided to shift away from the purely medical approach of reducing symptoms, to a broader scope of healing. She stepped away from direct practice at her two physical therapy clinics in Bend, Oregon to expand her education in Bali, where she completed the Tao Tantric Arts of Sacred Femininity Teacher Training. With the new understanding that pain and pleasure lie on the same spectrum, she’s now able to help people not only recover from trauma, but also restore their ability to cultivate joy in their lives.

As a further expansion of her skills, Meg is a Certified Breathwork Instructor, offering conscious continuous breathing for rapid transformation. She has also broadened her training in the topics of Erotic Embodiment and Sacred Beloved Relationship courses. Using her scientific background and eclectic ability to color outside the lines, she hopes to help you find the right tools to shift blocks into blessings and lead you to a more fulfilling life.

Meg is now offering this Intimacy, Sex and Relationship Skills class, focusing on how to bring what is most alive and vulnerable into our romantic relationships.
