FOR HEALTH & HEALING PROFESSIONALS

Supporting the Person Beyond the Treatment Plan.

Sometimes a client or patient is receiving appropriate professional care and also longs for a different kind of space—one centered on reflection, embodiment, personal growth, relationship, and the lived experience of change. Meg's non-clinical work may offer meaningful support alongside the care you provide.

WHEN A REFERRAL MAY FIT

You May Be Thinking of Someone Who…

Is moving through a significant life transition or change in identity

The ground has shifted—career, relationship, health, or a sense of who they are—and they are searching for their footing.

Feels disconnected from their body, vitality, or sense of self

Something is missing in how they inhabit their own life, and naming it precisely has been difficult.

Wants to explore recurring personal or relationship patterns

Familiar cycles keep returning, and they are ready to look at them with curiosity rather than judgment.

Has completed or is engaged in clinical care and wants broader reflection

Their clinical needs are being addressed, and they are looking for space to integrate and grow beyond the treatment room.

Would value an embodied conversation not centered on diagnosis

They want to be heard as a whole person, not a presenting complaint.

Is curious about becoming more connected to themselves or a relationship

There is an appetite for depth, presence, and genuine self-understanding.

MEG'S ROLE

A Distinct, Non-Clinical Space.

Meg's work is coaching and personal exploration. It is not physical therapy, medical treatment, psychotherapy, couples therapy, or a substitute for licensed healthcare.

Her background as a physical therapist gives her more than three decades of experience listening to people and appreciating the relationship between the body and the larger human experience. Her current work draws upon embodiment, personal growth, intimacy, relationships, and trauma-informed perspectives—without presenting itself as clinical care.

Meg does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment plans, change medications, or advise clients to discontinue professional care. These distinctions are not fine print—they are central to how she works.

"The intention is to complement appropriate professional care—not replace it."

ABOUT MEG

A Broad View of the Human Experience.

Meg Hillery Navish, PT brings more than 30 years of professional experience centered on the body and the person living within it. Her path began in physical therapy—listening closely, paying attention to how people move through pain, change, and recovery.

Over time, that listening expanded. She moved into a broader exploration of embodiment, trauma-informed perspectives, personal growth, intimacy, and relationships. What has always remained constant is her genuine curiosity about people and her respect for the full complexity of a human life.

Today, she brings those perspectives together in work that is grounded, quietly rigorous, deeply personal, and clearly distinct from clinical treatment. She does not treat. She accompanies.

Let's Talk About Whether a Referral Fits.

If you are a health or healing professional and would like to understand Meg's work more fully, begin with a conversation. You are welcome to ask questions about her approach, discuss the general kinds of situations that may be appropriate, or explore a possible professional connection.

There is no intake form, no referral paperwork, and no expectation that you arrive with a clear picture of what the person needs. A conversation is enough to begin.

WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR CARE

Clear Roles. Respectful Boundaries.

What remains separate

Meg's coaching work is maintained as distinct from medical and mental-health care. Her role does not extend into the clinical relationship you hold with your client or patient.

Any communication with a referring professional would occur only when appropriate and with the client's clear permission—it is not assumed or automatic.

What you can count on

Meg respects the professional relationships and care plans already supporting each person. She does not provide clinical reports, medical opinions, or treatment recommendations. Her notes and conversations remain in her coaching space.

If a person's needs fall outside the scope of her work, she will say so clearly. Appropriate professional care always remains essential, and Meg will not position her work as a reason to reduce or discontinue it.

Her goal is to be a trustworthy presence alongside the care you provide—operating from a clearly different lane.
