Sometimes you arrive with a clear question or need. Sometimes you simply know that something in your life or relationship wants attention. You don't need to choose a technique, diagnose yourself, or have everything figured out before reaching out. You can begin with what you're experiencing.
You don't need to know which method or service is right for you. Begin with what you're longing for.
For times when you're changing, searching, growing—or simply longing to feel more fully yourself.
Personal growth · Embodiment · Life transitions · Self-discovery · Aliveness
For couples building a life together—and couples ready to rediscover one another.
Couples · Engaged partners · Newlyweds · Communication · Intimacy · Connection
A card reading based on the Cards of Destiny offers an intriguing and playful way to explore yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life.
Curiosity · Reflection · Conversation · Discovery
Meg begins with what brought you here — the transition, question, longing, pattern, or relationship asking for your attention. Together, you explore what feels most alive or important now. The work develops from that conversation rather than from a predetermined formula.
You may be longing to feel more like yourself. You may want greater closeness in an important relationship. Or you may simply be curious about a different way of seeing your life and its patterns. Wherever you are, that is a place to start.

Meg's work grows from more than 30 years of curiosity about the human experience of living in a body — and about what helps people feel more connected to themselves and one another. She brings together perspectives from embodiment, personal growth, intimacy, relationships, and her long professional experience as a physical therapist.
There is no single formula for the work. Meg listens carefully, follows what feels meaningful, and meets each person or couple as they are.
That's completely okay. You don't need to decide before contacting Meg. An initial conversation can begin with what is happening in your life, what you're curious about, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
